Pros
Lots of porfolios to work on, had huge opportunities to grow. Great colleagues and my direct management cared about their team. Invested in learning and development.
Cons
Red tape....think they're progressive but aren't. No marketing budget nor competitive salary. By the end, was sad to leave the people, but felt underappreciated for my work. Became a numbers game because of the financial stress the companies under.
