      Lots of opportunities to grow Pre-acquisition Vimeo was amazing, and what's left of it still is Solid compensation and great benefits Seems like Bending Spoons is being proactive to ensure this works long term

      Cons

      Lots of org changes and layoffs Uncertainty as it feels like OG Vimeans aren't "in the room" when it comes to big decisions More work since the layoffs but a minimal pay bump

      Pros

      It was a great job for a few years. Nice coworkers, chill and welcoming culture. I will greatly miss the Vimeo of years past.

      Cons

      Most people got laid off after the acquisition. I have no idea what the current culture is like. RIP to an iconic early internet brand.
