      Great environment. Major focus on culture. Management in London pushed the team in a constructive manner. Plenty of tools provided.

      Targets are not aligned with market opportunity. Unrealistic expectations.

      Pros

      It was a great job for a few years. Nice coworkers, chill and welcoming culture. I will greatly miss the Vimeo of years past.

      Cons

      Most people got laid off after the acquisition. I have no idea what the current culture is like. RIP to an iconic early internet brand.
