      - Very chill environment + full stock pantry - Friendly people - Flexy working hours (just get your work done type of company) - a lot of skills to learn and supportive boss to provide training

      Cons

      - constant company direction change (which ends up messing the entire project timeline and delays) - low pay (no epf and socso) - No career advancement in the company
