The business has grown over the last few years but the family can’t maintain it and kept putting family members in decision making positions when they don’t have the experience or knowledge to lead. The layer of management under them is so concerned about being “in” that they go along with whatever the family member in front of them wants, even if to anyone with any business or common sense it is the wrong move.
