      There are no pros they first of offer less salary compared to market offers and make candidates work so hard more than that they select candidates after 3 days tell them that sorry don’t come and just pass filthy allegations the hr are the worst

      Pros

      The timing was good it was a fixed shift and the location was within the city. It's decent for a fresher who needs to start their career in BPO.

      Cons

      I worked as a business development at Vindhya. The management were cancelling all our teams leaves we were forced to work overtime and without any leaves. We were working 10 days continous without any proper compensations and extra pay for working extra.
