1. Very friendly team. Specially Editorial team. 2. CEO seems to be a nice guy. 3. Cambridge location. 4. Drinks on Friday and croissants. 5. The team run marathons. I mean Half Marathons. 6. Some leads and seniors artists are really tallented. 7 The 3D department is good. Head of CG is a great guy. CG Leads are great too. 8. The team is very international, but most members are based abroad and work remotely.

1. Some Comp Sups and Comp Leads are below expectations due to a lack of experience. 2. Production has always been below average. 3. Pipeline? What is that? 4. The farm is small compared to studios of similar size, such as One of Us, Blue Bolt, Union VFX. 5. They prefer to bring in fresh and new artists. They keep the roll moving. 6. Communication between artists is not great. Video calls are not used often, and many are canceled without explanation. 7. I don’t think I will spend more time with this studio. It’s better to avoid it. 8. Their pay is quite low for a UK studio

Helpful team and projects are quite cool. I like everyone on the team.

I was told "we don't do overtime" by the manager. It's complete lies. Over the last few weeks so many arstis and production members have done lots of overtimes. I don't mind sometimes, but I think its unfair to say it doesn't happen at all. There is no overtime pay or toil either. I know it can be out of the companys control but it's just better to not make claims they can't stick to.
