One thing I really liked about working here was the freedom to be creative and take initiative. You’re encouraged to pitch ideas, try new approaches, and learn through hands-on experience rather than just watching from the side. It’s a great environment for anyone who enjoys being challenged and wants to build confidence in content creation and brand storytelling.

The pace can be quite fast, and things move quickly from one project/task to another. It can feel a little overwhelming at first, especially if you’re still adjusting to the workflow. There isn’t always a fixed structure, so being proactive and adaptable is important!

I had a very good experience during my internship here. The team is small but very welcoming and supportive. It’s a great place to learn how a small business operates and to be involved in different parts of the work. The two founders work very well together, balancing each other’s strengths and sharing a clear vision for the company. It’s no surprise that this company is growing and doing well today and continue to grow in the future Pros: Free clothes, learning the Bts of TikTok live operations, hands-on experience prepping for clothing live sessions, and maybe gaining a little understanding of sustainability.
