Pros
As a PO in FindHotel, you actually have the freedom and the support to define a vision, a roadmap plus all the experiments and new tech you want to try to accomplish your product aspirations. There is genuine focus on the product management discipline and you are measured on the impact you generate. In addition to the product, I love at FH the quality of the professionals you get the opportunity to work with: everyone is v dedicated, giving it their best and you're constantly challenged to grow and raise the bar.
Cons
Not necessarily a negative, but a constant aspect in a start-up/scale-up: you sometimes end up doing tasks not necessarily in the PO job definition: quality assurance, business analysis, coordination between teams etc.
