Pace is real. Saturday work isn't constant but isn't zero either. - Implementation Specialist Violet InfoSystems Employee Review

Pros

Every implementation is different. Last quarter I had a banking client and an automotive manufacturer running in parallel which sounds nuts but worked because the senior on my team divided client meetings between us cleanly. You learn how to read a client's signals fast — when they say 'let's see the report next week' it can mean five different things. The team will mentor if you ask, which not every consulting-flavoured firm does.

Cons

When two go-lives overlap, the workload is real. There were six weeks last year I worked through alternate Saturdays. We're told it's getting better and structurally I can see planning improving, but if you're sensitive to spikes this is something to weigh. Good fit if you don't mind seasonal intensity for the variety.

Pros

I came from a fintech where every model had to go through six approval committees and shipped maybe twice a year. Here we ship AI features quarterly to real enterprise users. The recommendation engine work has been the most fun I've had professionally — closing the loop with a client on whether the model is actually changing learner outcomes is satisfying. Team is small enough that ownership is real; you write the model, you ship the model, you own the bugs.

Cons

Three of us last year, hiring slowly. Some weeks the load shows and there's tech debt I keep meaning to address. If you want a 50-person AI team and prestige projects on paper, look elsewhere. If you want to actually ship things customers use, this is the spot.
