Super fast paced environment, ever changing, positive work environment, team oriented employees, high employee appreciation, fun activities, hard work but rewarding.

Super fast paced can be overwhelming sometimes but it's a good problem to have.

Direct Managers were very supportive and involved with daily activities. Management supported the Supervisors and their decisions. Growth within the company was good only if the upper management "thought" you were deserving, no matter how hard you worked. Pay was okay.

Long time employees, Supervisors, were notably an issue on multiple occasions but were never held accountable for the way they handled parts. They were always allowed to blame another department or person. The hard working people that really cared are the ones who were shown the door.
