Everyone was quite supportive, every mistake I made was evaluated in a proper manner so the learning culture was pretty much in the air, as someone completely new in the digital marketing world, I very much appreciate this. At some point in the internship period, they initiated routine meetings (at least in my division) and that's exactly what I was seeking in the first place.

Salary/compensation/whatever you may call it was low as expected, but fair since the workload was relatively light even for an intern position. It's just that with that kind of compensation, I had to compensate for coming to their Bekasi site because it wasn't worth commuting 41.5 km just to do things that could be done from anywhere, luckily they were wise enough to not make work-from-office mandatory.
