Pros
I was the longest tenured employee to work here aside from the company founders. I found it to be a great opportunity where my position grew and changed over the years. The owners are good people to work for. They are fair, but they expect people to put in a solid effort, to continually learn, and to stay current on technology. If you're willing to learn, can solve problems, take responsibility, and never forget about the customer's needs, you can do very well here. You will get a ton of exposure to different clients, industries, and technologies. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. Initiative and ownership are always encouraged. Good ideas and talent are more important than seniority.
Cons
Like any small business, we sometimes end up taking on work that might best be avoided. Demanding clients with solutions that are one-offs can sidetrack more important work. On-call shifts can be challenging.
