Super flexible schedule! Company supports and encourages working from home, but has a great office you are welcome to work from at any time as well. You'd have to work with European offices a lot, so most meetings happen through conference calls anyway. Management is fairly easy-going and understanding. The company is small, so you are not just a number to them, the employees' ideas and suggestions do get noticed and taken into consideration. Vast space for creativity and supportive of initiative. You get a lot of wiggle room inside your tasks. And the management is open to experimenting and trying out new concepts and ideas. Growing company, so there is room for growth and advancement within it.

As with most smaller companies - salaries generally tend to be lower than market's average. And zero benefits. Job security! The company likes to work on two-month contracts that they review after each one expires, so you're never fully sure what's next. Getting clarifications and additional info on tasks from the management can be challenging at times.
