One of the cons of working in Virtual Freelance Asia—common with any WFH setup is the need for a strong and stable internet connection at all times. Since everything is done remotely, connectivity issues can directly affect work and productivity. Another consideration is that VFA operates on a no work, no pay basis. This is understandable, as team members are engaged as independent contractors, not regular employees.
