      I've had the pleasure of working with some fantastic people.

      Cons

      None. The biggest stress is if we feel that a customer has not had the experience that they deserve. That is something we strive to never happen, but when it does, we all as a team feel bad about it.

      Extremely low pay expectations for workers; clients are conditioned to expect rock-bottom rates. No real support—only email contact, which often goes unanswered for weeks. No phone, live chat, or escalation process. Payment delays can occur with little or no response from the platform. Personal data/privacy concerns; profiles may remain online even after account deletion. Most public responses come from the CEO, suggesting a very limited support structure.
