Pros
The environment is friendly, and some of the works are really nice. I love the people there. They are nice. They are new, and they try to grow, and they are also specialised in some areas.
Cons
I have not received my payments on time. It took 5-6 months to get paid. I was a freelancer, and at the end of my work, they promised to pay me next month, but they didn't. In the end, it took 5-6 months to receive the payment. It wasn't a lot of money, and if they had told me from the beginning that I would be paid after 6 months, I would have been okay with it. However, the way they kept delaying the payment wasn't nice. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I decided to share my bad experience. I understand they might have had some hard times in their company, just as we artists face a lot of problems. But we should respect each other and not try to cheat. We are working in a high-culture environment of content creation, and mutual respect is crucial. The workload is not balanced. Resources from other departments are not properly checked before being passed to another department.
