I have been with the company for 14 years. I signed on the year they came into being. I have found it to be a place to grow and expand my personal capabilities. I get a lot of latitude to bring projects and I find an open ear when i have proposals that I believe will impact the company. I can honestly say in my time here there has always been an open door to leadership and there is a real family vibe to the company.

My particular role works with a variety of personalities globally. Some are easier to deal with than others. While most of my interactions are good you will always find some less interested in cooperation.
