salary comes two days earlier than other companies but on cost of many things this facility is provided

- many cons for talented people. there is no work culture. many employees are Non Technical so they don't work. you have to work hard to get salary for you and these employee also. Biggest negative is that , HR policies change person to person so this is baniya chap thekedar company not a construction company. best company for ITI and diploma person, not suitable for B. Tech graduates.

To be honest, nothing counts as Pros

I would like to take a moment to define the part that this company hires you impulsively and then fires you impulsively as well. For a year here, I saw many colleagues being hired for a job (including me), then clueless about any guidance in the company and when the employee feels dead inside, they ask you to go. So basically, no professional growth here at all.
