Great disparity in salary for the same profile also salary is way to below industry standard No control on your work Team leads can make your life miserable Bcom grads/ CFA/ CA/ MBA / team leads / analyst some time even VP all do the same work. No growing opportunity at all. Every now n then people are resigning Only thing grows is minimum amt in salary and frustration
