      Pros

      Autonomous work environment Freedom to express creativity in leadership styles Great pay Room for growth Excellent upper management You’ll actually meet your ceo at some point Great training process Fantastic team High levels of development from direct higher up

      Cons

      You get out what you put into it (not necessarily a bad thing) but sometimes reaching high goals can be challenging while missing them is discouraging. But i guess that’s what makes you get up and try again!

      Pros

      New Mgmt team as of last August is creating a more patient and employee focused culture.

      Cons

      You do have to work Saturday's to be a part of this team.

      Easy job to get into to start in a office environment and doing administrative work

      Cons

      High turnover and toxic. Management was not the best at helping out employees succeed
