Some on the fly learning that’s a bit stressful but it’s stuff that would be hard to train and is better learned through experience.

Work hours are not bad. You can expect to work a split shift. No benefits. Hourly wage is set at $16 unless you have perfect attendance per pay period then you will get $18. Approved time off still eliminates perfect attendance bonus.
