Pros
The company is filled with wonderful individuals who will give you great advice if you seek it. The commission structure is fair and the Account Managers are good about getting their money on time. A lot of resources to help find great candidates. Benefits are okay.
Cons
The culture isn't for everyone. A few of the employees can come off as cold and cliquey which can be daunting to a newcomer. Account Managers tend to play favorites and will ride with the recruiters that they like personally until they stop producing. (Nature of the business, but its pretty blatant here). Management can be reluctant to change despite feedback from the employees. Account Managers can go weeks without getting feedback from their clients which puts a lot of stress on the recruiters losing out on hot candidates. AM's will rarely take chances on candidates and won't send in resumes unless they are "perfect". Not a lot of room for advancement but again, thats the nature of agency recruiting.
