Pros
They put a lot of money and resources into their retail stores when they open up. They may not pay the best, but everyone can earn incentives.
Cons
Non-management associates are unionized, and the union is very antagonistic towards management. If stores are very busy, there is usually not much for the union to gripe about, but in a new market or at a slower store, the union workers will absolutely destroy management if hours have to be cut even the slightest. The union would rather have stores shut down than see their hours cut temporarily.
