      The manager level and lower employees were great

      Cons

      Senior management was out of touch with reality. All Male White senior leadership, no diversity. VPs bragged about being in the office every day during COVID, like they deserved a medal for it. Forced everyone back into the office and lost all the good employees. I didn’t leave soon enough!

      Pros

      Good company to learn Interesting processes Was contempt with my team

      Cons

      They still prefer male management Plant manager is a joke Management would prefer someone that is a sucker rather than a hard worker There is a huge gap between the pay of man and worker Operators that are loyal are not given any support from HR when needed Difficulty to grow
