Pros
At least where I work, the location is unbeatable.
Cons
▪ Some of the management lacks even the most basic leadership skills, and are downright unprofessional. Everything depends on the division and manager you get. ▪ Salary not necessarily up to par with competition ▪ Limited benefits (f.e. no company phone) ▪ Can be difficult to agree on remote work days ▪ Can be extremely difficult to arrange unpaid holidays ▪ Big part of developers come straight after uni and are designated to a project. They often work in client’s premises with little or no work support. ▪ Company doesn't invest on employees. All the education is fine though, as long as the client can be billed for it. ▪ It’s all about the money, not about making something great.
