      Pros

      First, we deeply care for one another and believe that the strength of the individual powers the strength of the group. Second, it's a place where you can have a lot of personal impact and learning.

      Cons

      Because the team is small, there is a lot of responsibility placed on each individual. However, due to this circumstance, I've attained a number of new skills.

      Pros

      Visor is one of the more supportive and inclusive companies I've worked for. Nothing sharpens your skill sets like working at an early-stage startup. Also, while many processes are being built out, there is a good amount of structure.

      Cons

      As with many early-stage startups, it can sometimes feel like you're building the plane while flying it.

      Pros

      The majority of the people who work there are incredibly intelligent and capable.

      Cons

      Many of us were promised autonomy, creativity, and ownership. We received none of that and were instead met with scrutiny, criticism, and distrust.
