Not much to be honest

Comp and benefits and overall hrs good for PE

I think there are just fundamental issues in the way they recruit and treat talent. I don’t think they attract the right ppl or promote the right ppl based on merit. Good culture ppl tend to leave bc of this. And I don’t think HR / mgmt really cares about improving it
