Pros
It's good if you wish to gain experience in the field, they have interesting accounts. The people in general are nice and very collaborative.
Cons
Poor leadership. Higher management isn't correctly qualified to be a team leader nor possess the right skills for being a good manager. They are not transparent at all and the raise you obtain in your annual review is scanty. Employees are overwhelmed and higher management receives all signs that more people need to be hired but decides to look away. There are no rewards or recognition for the good work done.
