      Pros

      Very professional, talented, diverse team and coworkers! We all enjoy working together and collaborate well. There are no "turf" battles here. Everyone is encouraged to share information and make improvements when able to. Very dynamic environment- always changing!

      Cons

      Due to size, some overlap of duties, wearing two hats- but also challenging and 1 person can make a big impact!

      Remote work- thats pretty much about it.

      Cons

      - Toxic leadership that will blackmail you with threats - Backstabbing culture that only promotes bad behavior - Heinously low pay - Constant threats of, "we have a ton of better applicants in this economy than you."
