We encourage our team members to speak openly with us whilst they are working at VB through various communication channels e.g. directly with their line manager, a member of the HR team, through our employee engagement surveys or other HR policies. Additionally, we offer an exit interview to all leavers should they wish to share any feedback prior to their departure. However, we do not have a record of such feedback to date.
