Literally no clear Vision, Mission, and Product Roadmap.
No onboarding Process for new hires and people are usually lost in their first 6 months if they last that long.
CEO and COO are absolute liars and bullies. They change their words every minute and they are very rude. They have no clue what's going on in the company.
The sales team is a big mess because of their terrible manager. The whole team always misrepresents the products because they don't really know products and they always lie and go behind other teammates' back in other to get what they want.
Very toxic environment. and no recognition for the good work, they just look for a problem to point it out.
The pay is absolutely awful for the number of hours and the amount of work you are expected to do. (24/7)
