Imagine 20 different digital platforms with different logins you have to check each with distinct schedules. Now, imagine important updates are thrown at any random one of those, and if you forget even one of them, well that paperwork may have been assigned today, but it's due tomorrow so tough luck. I would literally have nightmares about forgetting to check one of the borderline hidden digital platforms.
Sleep schedules are a thing of the past. 9-5 is outdated and it's more like 8-6 now right? Wrong. You'll need to show up at 5am one day and work until 10pm the next. It's like management took inspiration from retail clopens and thought, "y'know what would go great with this? 19.5 hour shifts!"
Every day before a shift you have to call to confirm where you're going. It can be changed with little to no notice, and sometimes you'll simply be called the morning of. A short day is 10 hours. Working 12s a few days a week is one thing, but this is 5 days a week of 12 hour shifts with mandatory training outside of that. The pay, while nice, does not even begin to make up for how little a life you'll have.
