You work 12-14 hours a day. When you get hired you are told the shifts are 2:30-8 and you get to work on your own behalf, but thats a lie. Morning meetings are completely useless and you’ll be listening to two hours of motivational bs for no pay. No one makes 800-1200 dollars a week there consistently. That’s usually how much top performers make and top performers vary week to week so you won’t even make 40 thousand bucks in a year. Everyone there is brainwashed to work for some “opportunity”, so when you get promoted you have to stay longer during the day, but don’t get paid more. You have to lie to customers about the fact that the discounts on Telus lines are not forever. The other company in the office “Vento” is shady with the pricing.
