Great pay, horrendous schedule - Machine Operator Vitro Employee Review

Rotating schedule is not fun at all and impossible to get used to. Too many different supervisors, you don't even really know who your boss is. Training program is non existent... You just sign papers saying you were trained. Politics decides who moves up the ladder, not merit.
