      Pros

      Make alot of money, because of all the overtime. Schedule would be great if didn't have to work overtime on days off. Benefits are about on par with other companies

      Cons

      Lots and lots of overtime due to lack of manning and retention of employees. No handbook so policies change based on who you are and what fits management's agenda that week. Management is horrible
