I understand your concerns and would like to clarify some of the steps we’ve taken over the past year to enhance the experience for our warehouse team. We have implemented several changes aimed at making your jobs better, and I would genuinely appreciate learning more about your perspective on these efforts.
Regarding compensation, I want to reassure you that every member of the Device Care Team received a raise last year. Looking ahead, we are formalizing a structured compensation program to ensure all associates have the opportunity to earn merit increases.
Additionally, we’ve made significant enhancements to our benefits package. The company now covers 75% of the costs for our medical plans, a meaningful investment in supporting the health and wellness of our associates.
