They had a decent reputation, and their people were spread across the globe. It left a good impression on my mind initially.

Cons

The leadership is terrible at making employees feel valued. These horrible people pay a ridiculous amount as compensation and expect employees to work brutal and exhausting hours. Even if you leave, these evil people won't bother to appreciate your contributions. Their ego is too high. Beware!
