We receive excellent benefits for such a small company - medical & dental insurance, 401(k), 10 paid holidays a year, six (not just the three required by CA) paid sick days, yearly Let'$ Go G.I.V.E. donations (donation by the company to a charity of YOUR choice). The people are friendly, knowledgeable and work well as a team.

Not enough communication between the departments to keep everyone informed about issues, changes, policies (new & old), goals, etc.
