Pros

Close relationship with OEM partner.

Cons

The company is a complete mess! They lie to their employees and prospects about their financial stability. They decided to double their sales force during a down turn and expand into NY. Due to the financial downturn, they laid off the newly hired NY sales force 2+ months after hiring them and aggressively went after their leads.

Pros

Empathetic, open-minded, motivated co-workers that strive to do good work. Supportive, collaborative and feedback-focused environment/culture. Innovative and inspiring leadership that has a strong vision for the future. Impactful and valuable product offering with opportunity for continued growth. Industry leading clients across multiple verticals. Competitive pay, benefits, time-off.

Cons

None come to mind as I celebrate my 14th year of employment... except for the long drive to the always optional company social events.

Pros

Free Pizza when we went to their main office . The mid-level personnel are very nice and good to work with.

Cons

The place stinks and and treat their salespeople like idiots. You have these know it all managers both in the main office and New York location who think and believe they can out sell and out business anyone in the telephone business or their clients. They tend to overprice the products and services and if they learn they are losing the deal, immediately and dramatically drop their pricing. Very much micro-management to the extreme to the sales force.. All the managers who also sell themselves grab the prime leads for themselves from the manufacturers. The position of the newer salesperson is to primarily prospect and cold call for opportunities. They seem to keep their newer and more recent sales people 2 to 6 months and let them go without the slightest hint or notice or warning. No Severance. None. They hired three experienced and qualified sales people on the same exact day and fired all on the same exact day for an entire employment period of ten weeks.
