promote wrong people director level but does nothing that contributes to the hotel but due to favouritism gets promoted for nothing and makes the entire team unhappy doesn’t listen to staff always hiring wrong people who creates more jobs for current employees management doesn’t care, they just want you to rank them high otherwise they will throw their temper at you
