The worst management I have seen to date. Legacy bankers who think they understand Banking as a Service, only they absolutely dont. 3rd pivot in less than 3 years. Everything C-level touches turns out to be an absolute failure within no-time. Employees who want to drive this company forward and point out issues get fired immediately. Management lies on a daily basis and backstabs people whenever it benefits them. I would urge everybody who considers to join this company to be extremely cautious and I can not recommend under any circumstances to work there. You will be extremely disappointed. Also the company is struggling massively in financial terms and it is unclear how long they can remain in business. They managed to burn a substantial amount of money for a retails bank that is below average and that is completely useless in an overbanked retail market. Congrats to C-level for this braindead idea.
