Pros
Interesting work with nice colleagues. Good relationships and communication with superiors. For me "good feeling" office.
Cons
Coordinators work is multitasking and may be challenging. You should have great communication skills, be customer oriented and able to deal with people in a polite way. PLUS is 3-4 weeks training that helps you to understand the proccess and moving environment.
