Pros
I love working here! It does not matter if you are on the corporate side or the call center side you are treated equally. There are bonuses offered that are achievable by everyone. Every person and every position is valued and respected. They have a solid set or Core Values that they actually practice unlike most companies. They actually put into motion the things they discuss. They listen to the employees and put what we have to say and how we feel into action. There are benefits offered, sick/personal and vacation days like most companies, good pay, flexible schedules and they offer you the opportunity to work from home after a certain period of time. There are constant opportunities for growth and advancement and they promote from within before looking elsewhere. They offer comprehensive training and the positive mentoring and support is like no other I have ever seen in a company. They truly want you to succeed and be happy coming to work. They create a warm and inviting atmosphere and they make things fun for the employees. The leadership here at Voicenation is what all other companies should strive for and I am grateful I have been given the opportunity to not just grow with, but to grow from within as well! Another little side not is they are always looking for ways to give back to the surrounding community and that means a lot to me! Giving back and helping others is hands down one of the best things any company can do and Voicenation does that too!
Cons
I have been here for a year and a half and truthfully I do not know of any. Any complaints that I could have had have already been taken care of simply because when you speak with management and make suggestions they listen and they put these suggestions into action. They are constantly changing and growing but it is for the benefit of the employees not just the clients! The only benefit they do not currently offer is a 401 or retirement plan and I have spoken with management about this personally and they are trying to put something in place. I believe them when they say this because everything we have asked for (within reason) has been put into action.
