Pros
Literally no pros. I have never been so micromanaged in my life. The management and in particular the CEO has zero loyalty to his staff. He reels employees in because the idea of the product is heart warming and could help people (if it existed).
Cons
The company is based on an idea and is a poorly developed product with little to no tech management. But that would be fine if the management wasn't overly paranoid about their staff not workign and would ridicule them if they left before 6pm. It didn't really matter how much work was done, it was about face time and how low of a salary you were getting. So many great employees have been fired to save a few shekel. I have never seen so much abuse at a company, not paying their fare share, finding loopholes that weren't actually loopholes. So much cheating and scamming and in the end, most people get fired. The drama is beyond words -- the management would gossip to some employees to get them on their side, and use them to turn against other employees. It was the most unprofessional environment I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor and do not get reeled in no matter how much you think the product can help. This company is all about cheating, lying and getting as much work out of people for as little money as possible.
