The product aims to help a population of people who could really use the help. If it worked correctly / differently, it could make a huge difference in people’s lives.

The company is severely mis-managed and unorganized. There is a huge amount of tension in the company and everyone is always on edge, because they are blamed by management when people don’t use the product. Management has yelled at employees, ridiculed them in front of the entire company and fires people all the time. The company is a revolving door of new hires (and they will always tell the new hires the last group weren’t good workers). The truth is they aren’t good employers. It is not worth the stress.
