People in leadership positions are there for reasons that don’t relate at all to their ability to run productive and happy teams - bad decision-making with no retrospectives or learning and repeated mistakes. A lot of fluff and acting like things are fine instead of accountability and change - incredibly slow pace for a team of this size, due to total chaos in every part of the company, inability for leaders to align with each other, lack of transparency and communication - Lack of experience level needed to be successful in this space, senior team members have high turnover.
