Pros

-positive work atmosphere -flexible work space/hours as long as your work is done and total hours are put in for the week -benefits are always improving -best job for working parent -opportunities for growth within your role and beyond -helpful coworkers -growing company, job security for high performing employees -leadership/executives that care about their employees -travel and education opportunities provided by company overall, the best work environment I have ever been a part of. no drama. team leads want you to be successful and will help you get where you want to be. ceo makes it a point to connect with each employee even as the company grows. truly feels like a family.

Cons

-if you're afraid of hard work, this is not the environment for you -remote work can be isolating -must be self-motivated to be successful -have to be adaptable to change as company grows and technology advances (especially with AI)

Pros

Only pro was its work from home.

Cons

The culture here was honestly one of the biggest issues for me. It felt very much like a friends-and-family environment where certain people were favored no matter how hard others worked. As a woman in sales, I was even told it was “easier” for me to get promoted because I was a woman, which completely discredited the work I put in. There was little to no real training for SDRs or AEs. I was promoted without even having full access to the demo platform for over 2 months, yet was still expected to perform immediately. Management was extremely micromanagement-heavy with constant meetings that could have been emails, and a lot of the coaching felt disconnected from the actual automotive SaaS industry. Another concern was the platform itself. New features and upgrades were constantly promised to customers and employees, but many kept getting pushed off repeatedly for years. It created a lot of frustration internally and made it difficult to confidently position certain things to customers. The benefits were also some of the worst I’ve experienced. Adding family to the health plan would have cost thousands out of pocket. Toward the end, Saturdays were also added to the schedule for anyone not meeting quota, which ended up being most of the sales team. Overall, it was an unwelcoming environment that lacked structure, support, and professionalism.
