Low Pay at 40,000 to 45,000 with 50+ hours a week, with little support and the constant expectation of working closer to 60 hours a week, breaks are permitted but taking a break causes your route to be late and you are essentially reprimanded. Training is less than what is required for the role which caused many issues for the team. No meaningful benefits. PTO is subpar and only kicks in after a year. If you are late for any reason or have to call in due to illness they take money out of your paycheck. At the end of the day you would be better served to work for a lager company as a driver, at least they will pay you a healthy wage and you get benefits. Although Volleman's have a great product they struggle with treating their team members as humans and instead view them as airy cows, just a number. Oberweis is a great alternative.
