      Pros

      Being able to travel extensively; meeting with prospects in their offices was great; learning their culture and making lots of friends throughout the USA

      Cons

      Completely broken system; from engineering to operations to sales to management; all blame each other for continuous failures both on winning business and working to keep very unhappy customers from cancelling.

      Very flexible work schedule, great industry to work in, and coworkers are very welcoming

      Cons

      Company tries to do too much at one time, Management doesn’t recognize employees going above and beyond, the directors are more focused on advancing their career than helping solve problems for the business.
